Sevence, LLC, d/b/a boomtime (“BoomTime”) respects the privacy of visitors to its website, and as a result has adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain what types of information we collect, how we collect, use and protect your information and how you can access, change or delete your information that we collect. This Privacy Policy applies only to the operation of webpages are directly linked to it from links titled “fine print,” “terms of service” or “privacy policy” in the website footer. Mark’s Garage Door Services owns and operates this website and uses “BoomTime” to provide much of the underlying technology necessary for our website, online gift certificate program, marketing, electronic communication and/or other services. BoomTime is a service of Sevence, LLC, and their contact information is set forth under the Contact BoomTime Section below. The following describes our policies regarding information, including Protected Information (defined below), which we collect through BoomTime. Hereinafter, the words “we,” “our,” “us”, this “website,” this “site” or Mark’s Garage Door shall mean Mark’s Garage Door Services, BoomTime or both.
